Paul Schrader's approach is about sensuality in art. His themes are the colour worlds and their composition on the canvas. Although the moment of movement has long passed, motion acts into the now and is still frozen, the dynamics of the moment embedded in a time capsule. Fine colour nuances fuse into delicate poetic tones on a closer look. Yellow and blue create a delicate green tone in hundreds of fine shades. Red and blue blend into intense violet. These spaces fascinate the painter. The interaction of the individual colors and their composition on the canvas creates a feeling, like a melody in music. Colors and shapes can capture the viewer with their magic and create a feeling. Through this vision and perception, the relationship between the work of art and the viewer is created for a brief moment, separated from theories and reality.

Paul Schrader lives and works in Hamburg. The career of a lawyer with a PHD, who has worked for years in a major international office, is as unconventional as his highly sought-after works or his activities on social media, which he knows to utilise for the presentation of his work. Schrader, for whom art must be alive and speak for itself, has established himself in the art world in a short period of time as a crossroadsman in spite of all opposition. He does not take commissions to preserve his freedom, and is sometimes referred to as the "painter of the hour".

200 Euro provide:

13 hot meals The reality for lots of people living in refugee camps is spending hours in a queue for low-quality food rations or going hungry. With this they are providing a nutritious meal, or fresh produce to cook and share with their loved ones. £15 will typically provide food for a family for 3 days.

6 'Keep A Child safe' kits - Thousands of refugee children arrive, without their parents, in new countries every day. Our partners distribute these parcels containing things like a warm hoodie, writing materials, a toy like a football and a basic mobile phone to make sure that unaccompanied children have what they need, from shelter, clothes and food to education and mental health support.

2 Bundles Of Warmth Contents: blanket and sleeping bag: to stay warm at night. Hot Food: nutritious meals to nourish families and individuals. Heating fuel: to keep people warm in freezing temperatures. Waterproof tent and emergency housing: a place to sleep.
